2. Accounts & Membership

Creating an Account: Anyone can create an account on our website to access general content and updates.
Membership Eligibility: Only students may become official members of the ANESEC Investment Club.
Members must provide accurate and complete registration information.
ANESEC reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications at its discretion.
Membership is free of charge and does not require any financial contributions.

3. Services Provided

Members of the ANESEC Investment Club will have access to the following services:

A stock market simulation platform for educational purposes.
Weekly financial analysis and newsletters covering global and Luxembourg markets.
Transparent access to information from the student-managed € portfolio, such as all investment decisions and research.
The opportunity to apply for a portfolio management and research team position.

4. Investment Disclaimer

The ANESEC Investment Club does not provide financial advice. All content shared, including market analysis and portfolio decisions, is strictly for educational purposes.
Members should not interpret any information provided as an encouragement to invest real money.
ANESEC and its members are not responsible for any financial decisions made by individuals based on the information shared within the club.

5. Portfolio & Research

The portfolio is managed by selected members who conduct research and make investment decisions.
All members may access transparent information about the portfolio, including current investments and research.
Research and analysis are conducted by team members who have applied and been selected for these roles.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment, all members must adhere to the following rules:

Engage respectfully with other members and club administrators.
Do not share misleading or false financial information.
Do not use club resources for personal financial gain.
Any form of misconduct, including harassment or unethical behavior, will result in immediate removal from the club.

7. Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance

Data Collection: We collect only necessary personal information, such as name, email, and student status, to verify membership and provide access to our services. If a user applies for a position on the team, additional data may be collected, such as a CV, motivation letter, or other relevant documents. These files are deleted after the application process is completed.
Use of Data: Your data is used solely for club-related communication, updates, and service improvements.
Internal Data Sharing: The ANESEC Investment Club is a part of ANESEC a.s.b.l., and therefore user data may be shared internally within ANESEC but will never be shared externally.
Data Storage: Your data is securely stored digitally on a cloud, accessible only by authorized ANESEC committee members. Data will be retained until one year after graduation, after which it will be manually deleted. If you choose to join the ANESEC alumni network, data will be stored until you revoke your membership or after two years of inactivity.
Your GDPR Rights: You have the right to:

Access your personal data.
Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.
Restrict or object to the processing of your personal data.
Request data portability, meaning your data can be transferred to another organization or directly to you.

Membership may be revoked at ANESEC’s discretion if a member violates these terms.
